Rabies certificate and neutering certificate must be shown. *Dogs must be licensed once they reach 6 months of age. ATV REGISTRATION      To register a new ATV, a dealer's certificate is necessary. To register a used ATV for the first time, a bill of sale is needed. *If sales tax was not paid at the time of purchase, it is due at the time of registration. SNOWMOBILE REGISTRATIONS      For new snowmobiles requires: Dealer's Certificate. For used snowmobiles requires: Bill of Sale Registration Number (If snowmobile was registered in Maine previously) *If sales tax was not paid at the time of purchase of a new or used snowmobile, then it is due at the time of registration.
